Strength and softness in activating the

                               Pelvic Floor

                             Tuesday 25/8/24 10:00 to 13:00

In order to activate the muscles on one side and abandon unnecessary effort, one must learn to separate and specify the body's function. When we don't know how to do this, we may cause overexertion in the body or cause laxity in places that need to work.
The key word here is function
The body must be exercised functionally, and we must learn to reduce efforts that do not contribute to the function we exercise. It works like this in every function, and we see it strongly in the functions of the pelvic floor.
Many times women do not recognize the feeling of pelvic floor support and since the support of the pelvic floor is lacking, the body compensates for it by exerting effort in other areas.
This tendency will be more pronounced when a woman tries to activate the pelvic floor without knowing exactly how.

This is exactly the purpose of the workshop
To bring every woman to feel the support of the pelvic floor without creating unnecessary efforts in the rest of the body!

The workshop is for women and deals with the female pelvic floor

The date of the workshop is 8/21
